What would you highlight about Riad Dar Vima
Excelent!
First of all, the Riad looks exactly like in the advertising photos. Secondly, it is an oasis in the madness of the Medina: a quiet place, wrapped in the beautiful perfume of the orange tree blossom. The personal of the Riad was really nice and helpful. The Riad owner, Soufiane, came to pick us up from where the taxi dropped us, so that we wouldn't get lost in the tangled streets of the Medina (and believe me, it's really easy to get lost there :D ). He gave us the city map and pointed out its attractions, but also showed us the way, by foot, to the Jemaa el Fna square on our first day; he also asked one of the persons working for him to show us the way to the restaurant in the first evening, then to the "real" taxi station (to avoid being lead by the local boys, who ask for money in return) + he also bought the bus tickets to Essaouira for us. Thank you, Soufiane, your lovely wife and the staff ! :) P.S. : too much delicious traditional food for breakfast :P

A beautiful authentic Riad with friendly staff and a good breakfast.
The staff in this beautiful Riad is very friendly and accommodating. It's open 24 hours, so you can stroll around the city whenever you want. It is right in the middle of the historical Medina. So if you're looking for an authentic experience: Here you can find it. The breakfast is included and a lot better than you would expect at this low rent. The room was very nice with a beautiful individual bathroom. Overall, I can really recommend this Riad. I enjoyed my stay very much.

What would you highlight about Riad Dar Vima
Great value for money especially during the week
Beautiful place georgeously renovated, very nice staff, delicious breakfast (LOVE the fresh orange juice), absolutely quiet during the week. When you arrive in the evening candle lights give the courtyard in a romantic atmosphere. We booked the suite for one night, but extended and got the suite for 4 days which was absolutely amazing and worth it! I'd recommend everyone who can afford to spend 9€ more per night to go for the suite. Location was great for us, tucked away and quiet, but you could reach the bazar with in 10min by foot. Also I read a lot of reviews of other Riads that have mold issues, this is not an issue here! Helped us booking the bus tickets, unfortunately for a wrong date we found out at the bus station.
It's minor things so I'd call the "eye for detail" - that said we would come back anytime. Little things included the compfiness of the amazing Terrasse, I think they could make more of that space especially in the evening. A hairdryer would be a nice touch, and some fruits at breakfast. Biggest downside for us was the last night as some people smoked in the courtyard which i would only allow on the Terrasse, as it goes quickly in the rooms, as well as new arrivals at 1am drank the tea down there which makes it impossible to sleep without earplugs. I think if they do that at the roof terrace it wouldn't disturb anyone. Again it is a Riad not a hotel, and the old Charme you get is worth every second!!

excellent place, a little hidden but plenty of help to navigate the medina
Excellent welcome and management, relaxed, hassle free
wifi was sketchy in the rooms but ok in main atrium. location was in the medina and once orientated it is easy to find, but be aware of this. Staff will come and meet you no problem.
